Omega 690: Change of Manufacturing Source
Dear Business Partners,
 
Following extensive consultation with distributors and end users, and in line with our commitment to continuously improving logistics efficiency and operational excellence, ITW PP & F Korea Limited (ITW PPFK) is pleased to announce that the manufacturing source for the following four viscosity grades of Omega 690 will revert to Australia:
 
Viscosity Grade Change of Production Source – Effective Date
1/ SAE 85W140 Change to Australian source – expect to start changing in end of November 2026.
2/ SAE 140
3/ SAE 80W90 Change to Australian source – expect to start changing in early February 2027.
4/ SAE 90
 
ITW PPFK believes this change will further strengthen our supply chain capabilities and support enhanced service levels for our valued distributors and customers. This change in production source represents a return of manufacturing operations to Australia. The formulation, specifications, and performance characteristics of Omega 690 remain unchanged.
 
During the transitional period, please note that there may be a slim chance that some shipments of the above-mentioned items may contain a mixture of old and new production sources.
